Why i founded HnH

I founded HnH because I could see how difficult it was for both practitioners to find other health and wellbeing professionals they genuinely felt confident referring clients to, and for members of the public to find trusted professionals they felt confident choosing.

My vision is simple: create a welcoming, professional community where practitioners can build meaningful relationships, learn from one another, and develop trusted referral connections that ultimately benefit the people they support.

At the same time, HnH provides local communities with access to a carefully curated directory of trusted practitioners who have been personally met, carefully selected and welcomed into our network.

What started as an idea has grown into a thriving professional community built on trust, integrity, collaboration and a shared commitment to helping people access the right support at the right time. By connecting practitioners to the community, HnH is helping create stronger referral pathways and better support for the people who need it most.
